1. Services
Grow Thru Collaboration provides family support and supervised visitation services in partnership with the Department of Child Services (DCS) and other authorized agencies. Our services include but are not limited to: supervised visitation, father engagement, home-based casework, parent education, homemaker parent-aid services, and older youth casework.
2. Referrals
All referrals to GTC are subject to review and acceptance based on availability, geographic coverage, and service alignment. Submission of a referral does not guarantee service initiation. GTC reserves the right to decline referrals that fall outside the scope of services offered.
3. Contractor Relationships
All service providers working with GTC are independent contractors operating under 1099/W9 status. Contractors are not employees of Grow Thru Collaboration and are responsible for their own transportation, insurance, licensing, and compliance with applicable Indiana state requirements.
4. Confidentiality
All client information shared with GTC is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable federal and Indiana state laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Information will only be shared with authorized parties directly involved in service delivery and case management.
5. Limitation of Liability
Grow Thru Collaboration provides services in good faith and in accordance with DCS standards. GTC is not liable for outcomes related to court proceedings, case decisions, or actions taken by DCS, contractors, or clients outside of the direct scope of GTC-supervised services.
6. Website Use
The GTC website is provided for informational purposes only. Content is subject to change without notice. Unauthorized use of this website, including attempting to access restricted systems or submitting false referrals, is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from the use of GTC services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indiana.
